Changes in the KWH Logistics Group Structure

To clarify the group structure and strengthen our shared brand identity, the legal name of our parent company will be changed from Oy Backman-Trummer Ab to KWH Logistics Group Ltd (KWH Logistics Group Oy / KWH Logistics Group Ab). KWH Logistics Group will continue to be part of the Finnish family-owned KWH Group.

Our international transport and forwarding operations will continue under the well-known name Oy Backman-Trummer Ab, which will now become a separate legal subsidiary within KWH Logistics Group. Oy Backman-Trummer Ab will continue its operations as part of our international transport business area and will henceforth function as a separate legal subsidiary within KWH Logistics Group, alongside our other companies.

The change will take effect on January 1, 2026.

The purpose of this change is to:
· Create a clearer and more transparent group structure.
· Strengthen our internal efficiency and coordination.
· Ensure that each company within the group can fully focus on its core business and expertise.

What does this mean for our customers and partners

The change does not affect our services or your contact persons. You can continue to expect the same high quality, commitment, and availability as before.

As part of the change, some of our invoicing details and business IDs will be updated. All other contact details and services will remain unchanged. You will continue to receive the same high quality, dedication, and customer-tailored service. We will provide you with the new invoicing and company details before the change comes into effect.
