KWH Logistics Announces New CDIO and ESQ Director

Mika Einto, CDIO Director

Mika has more than 30 years of experience in IT services, leadership and digital development in both Finnish and international organizations. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for large-scale IT operations and led development initiatives and organizational changes. His key areas of expertise include IT service management, outsourcing and supplier models, as well as the long-term development of services to meet business needs.

In his new role, Mika will be responsible for KWH Logistics’ IT operations and lead its digital development. He will also promote the development of data, automation and AI solutions to support the business.

In his free time, Mika enjoys an active lifestyle, fishing and attending cultural events. He appreciates the Finnish outdoors and is a passionate ice hockey fan.

Kim Råholm, ESQ Director

As Petri Lehtipuu will move into a well-deserved retirement, Kim Råholm will continue Petri’s good work as the new ESQ Director.

Kim has extensive experience in leading safety, quality, environmental and sustainability matters (ESQ/HSEQ) in demanding industrial and multi-company environments. He has held several senior management positions, been responsible for Group-level ESQ functions and systematically developed safety culture, risk management and sustainability. Kim is described as a strategic yet pragmatic leader who supports the business through data and well-defined structures.

At KWH Logistics, Kim will be responsible for KWH Logistics’ ESQ function, its development and the strengthening of common Group-level practices.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys making the most of his time in nature, especially at his summer cottage. Whether outdoors, taking on new projects, or staying physically active, he appreciates an active lifestyle and enjoys following and playing ice hockey.
