KWH Group Ltd has published its Annual Review 2024 — a look back at a year of resilience, determination, and smart growth. KWH Group Ltd achieved the best result in its history in 2024, despite economic uncertainty, geopolitical tensions, and labor market disruptions. The Group responded with a long-term strategy focused on sustainability, digital transformation, and efficiency, with continued emphasis on innovation, responsibility, and growth markets.

KWH Logistics faced a year marked by global uncertainty and shifting trade flows — yet emerged stronger, more focused, and future ready. While port volumes declined across Finland, we saw notable growth in industrial logistics, terminal operations, international transport, and customs clearance. Through strategic development and major efficiency improvements, we achieved a significantly improved result despite the headwinds.

We are especially proud of the 16% reduction in workplace accidents, reflecting our long-term commitment to safety and a strong, people first culture. Our employee satisfaction increased, and our customer NPS (Net Promoter Score) reached an excellent 54. We invested in a more sustainable future by upgrading part of our 600-machine fleet with low-emission and electric powered equipment. Meanwhile, our operations in the northern ports of Kemi and Oulu showed strong development, with wind energy logistics opening exciting opportunities for the future.
